Online Services 30 Day
Trial
The 30-day trial subscription is to (nationalfundingapplications.org) and is
provided as a service to everyone that orders our program. This includes

call you back. Charges will appear on your credit card statement from
"Fed Fund". Monthly charges will end as soon as we receive
your request for cancellation. No monthly fees will be charged if the
request for cancellation is received prior to the end of the 30 day
trial period. The trial is 30 days from the day you order your package
from us. By ordering this package, you agree and understand that your
card will be charged for the monthly fee of $24.95.
Monthly Fees
Further explanation of monthly fees. Upon submitting a request
for Membership, a Member ID and Password are assigned to you and
can be used to gain access to nationalfundingapplications.org member's
site. You will automatically be billed each
month according to the terms as outlaid on the offer page.
Membership fees will be billed to the credit card used by you to
complete the signup process unless you cancel your membership or
change your billing method. If you're not satisfied for any
reason, and cancel within the trial period, you will be charged
only for the initial shipping and handling fee. After your initial
risk-free trial, access is contracted on a month-to-month basis
and cancelable at any time seven days prior to the payment date by
providing written notice. Shipping and Handling Fees if any, are not
cancelable nor are they eligible for refund. No refunds of any
kind will be issued after 30 (thirty) days of any transaction
date. If you choose to sign up for this product and pay the
recurring monthly charges using a debit card you hereby provide
pre-authorization and consent that "Fed Fund" may charge
nineteen dollars and
ninety-five cents on a monthly basis. You may stop payment on any
pre-authorized charge by notifying nationalfundingapplications.org at least
three business days prior to the scheduled charge date. You agree
your pre-authorization and written consent to charge your debit
card is given in electronic form by submitting the request for the
membership, and that an electronic signature is sufficient to
authenticate your authorization to charge the debit card. You
further agree that these terms and conditions shall be your copy
of your pre-authorization for the debit card.
Charge backs and Reversals
All charge backs and reversals are treated as potential cases
of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services. Cases
where we have provided a service and where services have been
verified, i.e., a client has received a kit and/or received a
password to our site(s), whether or not they have used the site in
any way, possible actions taken by the company may include
disabling access to your account, filing a complaint with the
Internet Crimes Bureau or local authorities, or reporting the
incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to
investigate theft of services. All cases of chargeback requests
will be vigorously fought by the Company. Please be advised that
all activity and IP address information is being monitored on the
site. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case
against a client if there is fraudulent use or theft of services.
We supply and make available to

statement from "Fed Fund". You will have complete

resource site for 30 days. After that, if you do not cancel and decide to keep your
membership there will be a $24.95 monthly fee to cover the access to the
member’s only resource site and updating of the grant opportunities on the
members web site. By ordering this
product, you agree and understand that your card
will be charged a $24.95 administration processing fee for instant access
to all pertinent applications and funding resources via our grant
information product/database and that if you do not cancel and decide to keep your
membership there will be a $24.95 monthly fee to cover the access to the
member’s only resource site and updating of the grant opportunities on the
members web site. You can cancel your membership at anytime by emailing us

Termination of This Agreement
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may
terminate this agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained
from all nationalfundingapplications.org web sites, along with all related
documentation and all copies and installations. nationalfundingapplications.org may
terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if, in its
sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon
termination, you must destroy all materials. In addition, by providing

terminate all or any part of any of its Web site without notice to you.
Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider

appropriate relief in any state or federal court nearest our physical
address, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such
courts.
Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve
it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following
location: California USA. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees
associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution
through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration
at the following location: California USA, under the rules of the American
Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the
arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without
notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that
have been discussed.
